The Cadets trounced rival Georgetown Prep, 16-6, in the teams’ season opener. St. John’s then wasted no time in leaving its mark against defending MIAA champion Boys’ Latin (Md.), 10-6. Senior midfielder Luke Rhoa (Crabs / Syracuse), tabbed as a ’22 four-star with the most potential to be a five-star after the season, led the offense with five goals. That gives him nine in the Cadets’ first two games.
