SweetLax Navy has its first NLF National Championship.
The combo team featuring players from both SweetLax and SweetLax Florida came out on top, 8-5, in the class of 2026 title game at Lehigh University. James Whitehorse (Culver, Ind.) had a pair of goals, both on assists from ’27 James Holbrough (Berkshire, Mass.) to lead SweetLax. Holbrough also tallied a goal in the win. Goalie Nicholas Pagnotta (IMG Academy, Fla.) made five first-half stops for SweetLax.
Tedy Frisoli (St. Sebastian’s, Mass.) pocketed a pair of goals for Laxachusetts after scoring the overtime winner in the semifinals.
