McDonogh (Md.) is back on top of the MIAA, and the Eagles made it look easy.

The NLF’s No. 2 high school team in the country, McDonogh got five goals and an assist from game MVP and sophomore five-star Brendan Millon (Team 91 Maryland) to highlight a 14-5 rout of No. 23 Calvert Hall in the MIAA championship game.

The Eagles, who got three goals and four assists from four-star junior Notre Dame commit Luke Miller, scored the game’s first eight goals and never looked back. NLF No. 1 senior McCabe Millon (Team 91 Maryland / Virginia), who scored the OT winner in the semifinals, capped his Eagles’ career with a goal and four assists. Four-star junior Ben Firlie (Team 91 Maryland / Georgetown) bagged a hat trick out of the midfield for McDonogh.
