The rare LSM that’s better in coverage than on offense, Spallina isn’t very flashy, but he can quietly take out an opposing middie with his covering ability. Tough and mean like his brothers Jake and Joey, he’s developed quite a bit over the past two years. Spallina has a good stick and a high IQ and the versatility to bump down low.
