A sophomore starter for the WCAC powerhouse Eagles, Cicotello is a magnet for ground balls from his LSM spot. Gonzaga’s top ground-ball guy with 71 pickups off the carpet this year, he is terrific in transition. His on-ball defense has continued to improve, and between that and his transition skills, you’ve got a problem at pole. Cicotello took the ball away 39 times this year en route to earning second-team All-WCAC honors. He is also a standout basketball and football player, and that athleticism shines through in his game.
