Leading Edge has its first NLF National Championship! 

The New Jersey-based NLF founding member’s 2028 team made history at Stony Brook. Backed by two goals and an assist from Jack McGinn (Delbarton, N.J.) and a goal and two helpers from Patrick Smith (Westfield, N.J.), Leading Edge picked off Express North, 7-3, for the first national title in Leading Edge history.

Goalie Zeller Clark-Schoeb (Summit, N.J.) picked up tournament MVP honors for his fantastic play between the pipes all tournament long. Sam DelMauro (Seton Hall Prep, N.J.) and Mason Warrick (St. Joseph’s Prep, Pa.) each tallied twice for the champs. Teddy Whitehouse (Rumson-Fair Haven, N.J.) and Will Childs (Bridgewater-Raritan, N.J.) both collected an assist.

Express North countered with goals from Henry Hughes, Bruce Hopkins and Jack HamiltonMichael Rabel chipped in an assist.
