New Jersey’s finest made a statement at the NLF Summer Kickoff.
A swarming defense, led by the likes of Michael Marshall (Westfield, N.J.) and John Henry Finkeldie (Delbarton, N.J.) put the clamps down. Lefty Ryan Martin (Christian Brothers, N.Y.) paced a balanced offense as Leading Edge downed fellow NLF founding member Laxachusetts, 8-2, in the 2024 division final.
It marked the first NLF championship for Leading Edge, and serves as a precursor for what will undoubtedly many more. Check back soon for full coverage on standouts from the weekend.
